How far ahead do I need to book?

Four weeks for weddings is a comfortable lead time. Last-minute requests are welcome too. Message us and we will tell you what is still available.

What is the buffer around my event?

We hold a 5-day buffer either side of your booking for delivery and return. You will see this reflected in the calendar on each product page.

Can I change my dates?

Yes, subject to availability. Get in touch as early as possible and we will move things around for you.

Pricing and payment

How is pricing structured?

Per-event hire. Each piece has a base price for the event window. A small refundable deposit secures your dates.

What about shipping and cleaning?

Both are added at checkout, tiered by order size. You will see them itemised on the cart and order summary before you pay.

Do you take payment up front?

Yes. We charge in full at checkout to confirm your booking, including the refundable deposit.

Delivery and returns

Where do you deliver?

Local delivery across the Bay of Plenty, and New Zealand wide for everywhere else. Get in touch for a delivery quote when you book.

When does my order arrive?

Pressed and packed in branded boxes, delivered to your venue, your home or your stylist the day before your event.

How do I return everything?

No washing, no folding. Pop everything into the return courier bag we provide and drop it at your local NZ Post shop within the buffer window.

Care and damage

What if something gets stained?

Light food and wine stains are normal at events and we handle them as part of the cleaning fee. Substantial damage is charged at the replacement cost of the affected piece, not the whole set.

Do I need to wash anything before returning?

No. Send everything back as is. We professionally launder and press all linens between events.

Custom and bulk

Can you source a specific colour?

Often yes. Email us with what you are after and we will let you know what we can do.

Do you do bulk hire for big events?

Yes. For large events get in touch directly and we will work out a quote.
