40% is due on placement of your order with the balance due 1 month (including a security deposit) from your event date. We need payment in full before we can ship your linens out! Security deposit will be returned to you within 7 days on the returned linens.

We ship all orders out on an overnight courier 5 days prior to your event. We then require returned linens within 5 days after your event (so basically each booking is for 10 days). Day one includes the ship date and day 10 the return should be with us.

Nope not at all! That is what the cleaning fee covers. Just return with the courier label (and/or) courier bag included and you\\\'re good to go!

This is for those who want hassle free returns. We try our best to get any and all stains out (and we are pretty good at it!) but on the odd occasion that we can\\\'t, this cover means we will not charge you for the replacement cost of the item. On receipt of the returned goods we just headcount the stock and release your deposit, no waiting for cleaning or further inspection. If any items are missing though, we will have to take this from your security deposit. Damage and missing item costs can be found here
